Infrared Saunas from MillAquia

Health & Wellness >> Infrared Saunas

Burn calories in an infrared saunaInfrared saunas are different from traditional saunas in that you don't experience the very high, dry temperatures in them and so many people find them more comfortable to use.

An infrared treatment will activate the blood circulation by penetrating deep into the skin, reducing muscle pain. Infrared is therefore widely used as a medical therapy to alleviate the effects of rheumatism, tense muscles and similar aches and pains. It is a well known fact that heat, in all its forms, stimulates the body and enhances the sensation of mental and physical wellbeing.

Use of infrared saunas increases the metabolic rate thereby burning up a significant number of calories, making it a pleasant and relaxing way to help you lose weight.

Users of Infrared saunas also claim to experience relief from physical conditions such asd arthritis, back pain, muscle and joint problems and stress relief. They are also a great beauty aid as they help you to have a good night’s sleep and give you a clear complexion.

Helo Infrared SaunaAs with our custom build saunas, we offer a range of infrared panels that can be installed into either a new or existing installation. Our high quality infrared panels produce a more moderate bathing experience at temperatures between 55 to 70 degrees C. The wavelength of the panels is specifically designed to allow a penetrative heat to warm and relax muscles deep within the tissue.

Our infrared panels can also be installed with a traditional sauna heater, or a steam sauna heater, thus, in essence, creating three different types of bathing experience within the same cabin.

Bespoke Saunas

A significant number of our saunas are custom built to fit precisely into the space available. In many cases, and particularly with older properties, the use of a standard manufactured cabin poses too many problems. We therefore select the best materials available, again from Tylo of Sweden, including Blonde Aspen, Cedar and Spruce and build your room piece by piece. Our bespoke saunas can also include glass panels, feature walls in slate, limestone or marble and a range of LED lighting options.
