Delighted with their new pool

I would just like to say how delighted we are with our new pool. From day one, your advice and patience has been spot on. Your staff were always punctual and polite and it will seem strange not having you pop in to check that everything is ok.

We wanted a contemporary, light pool room with clear lines and with your help, have surpassed our wildest dreams.

On a functional note, your instruction manual on how to maintain the pool and plant room is a real plus for a novice like me. The air handling unit keeps the pool room on a nice even temperature and, as you promised, there is no condensation anywhere. It has become a brilliant addition to our home, where we can sit and relax while the youngsters have fun (or vice versa).

Thank you all very much for a job well done, it really does have the 'wow' factor, plus the fact that there were no frills, no extras, and you were on budget - we have already recommended you!

Hot Tub Knowledge, Experience and Expertise

We had three main questions when considering purchasing a hot tub - what type of tub should we buy (as they can have different operating systems); which dealer should we buy from; and would we use the tub once the novelty had worn off?

We soon came to the conclusion that, although operating systems varied, they no doubt all worked, and we would never notice the difference. As to the dealer, we were looking for a company that would give us confidence that, not only were we buying a top quality tub, but that they would provide a first class service both during the purchase and for years after.

In my opinion, MillAquia exceeded all my expectations. Their knowledge, experience and expertise reassured us that they did not just sell hot tubs, but they knew all the "ins and outs" of them, such as the mechanics and the chemicals. Their attention was first class during both purchase and delivery, and in assisting us with any queries since then. I am certain that this great service will continue for years to come.

With regard to if we would use the tub after the initial "honeymoon period", we find that whether we are using it for a soothing massage or just to chill out under the stars on a beautiful evening, we have a 30 minute "dip" five or six times a week. We certainly have no regrets about purchasing it - in fact we would recommend it!

Finally, we have no reservations in recommending MillAquia if you are thinking of buying a hot tub, in fact, we have already recommended them to our friends - really good service is a rare commodity these days and is worth its weight in gold!

Custom Build and Design

We would like to thank all the team at MillAquia for the fantastic job they did in installing the beautiful sauna in our new bathroom. We both lead hectic lives, so it is heaven to be able to relax in our own sauna, rather than having to go out to a health club. Richard helped with the design and layout and made several visits to our house, as the sauna was specially made for us, to fit into the space available.

Although MillAquia handle big swimming pool projects, we were always made to feel important and valued clients, so we would have no hesitation in recommending them. Our next priority is to get a hot tub when our new patio is built and we will definitely be using MillAquia for that as well.

High Standards and Prompt Solutions

Indoor Pool Complex

MillAquia installed our pool complex, comprising of an indoor heated pool, a children's pool, a hot tub and a sauna. The final result exceeded our expectations, came in on budget and is giving us great fun. The after sales service from MillAquia is also good. A very reliable firm.
